We have 24 hrs seven days a week back up facility with trained mechanics, welders and service vans ready to serve the client requirement.
Machines are maintained well both at site and in workshop regularly.
The workshop in Sharjah is fully equipped with a floor engineer, supervisor, foreman and a team of dedicated staff. The highlight is if a machine cannot be rectified at site immediately a replacement machine is deployed so as not to hinder the clients work progress.
All our sites are first visited by our co-ordinator to decide the type of machine to be deployed with the right operator and access the duration the job would take. This would ease the site manager’s worry of deciding and executing the job.
